Floral Pink Puff Sleeve Smocked Dress

All time favorite dress so far! This pink floral print dress has a smocked top with an empire waist. The sleeves can be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder. They are statement sleeves so they do have volume! The bottom of the dress has tiered stitching and flares to an a-line shape. This dress is short! So keep in mind if you are taller. The model here is wearing a medium. Overall fits true to size but may need to size up if larger chested.
