Here, at shop.fig, we hope you love every item you receive but if something does not meet your expectations we will gladly accept your return.
Our Return Policy is as follows:
We except returns for store credit ONLY.
The items must be in original condition. This includes being unworn/unwashed, no deodorant stains, pet hair, smells of smoke, pet odor or body odor. If any of these are present the return will be refused.
If your merchandise comes with a brand tag, all tags must be attached. All items being returned need to be in original packaging.
The packing slip must be included.
Returns must be post marked within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will email you a return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow us 5 business days to process your return once received. When your return is processed you will have a gift card emailed directly to you.
If an item is damaged:
You will need to notify us immediately or within 3 days of receiving your order at email@example.com and attach photos of the damage. Please include your name, shipping address and order number on packing slip.
If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving your damaged order it will no longer be eligible for return.
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
If you are wanting the same item but a different size/color our recommendation is to go ahead and purchase the correct size/color to secure the item.

Items more than 20% off, Sale items, Clearance, Final Sale
Merchandise that is drop shipped:
Warehouse will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
